Due to the delicate nature of Bone China, careful handling is recommended. Store the plates with adequate padding or fabric between individual pieces to help protect them from scratches and accidental chipping.

Gray lines or markings may occasionally appear when metal utensils come into contact with a hard glaze or matte finish. These are generally flatware residue rather than product defects and can be removed using suitable plate or ceramic cleaners.
