Returns & Exchanges

Angiehomes.co endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation of the description) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect for glass items which are broken or chipped, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

ANGIES INDIA products can be exchanged but no refund or a store credit or website credit through a voucher or coupon can be exchanged.

GENERAL

To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:

  • By telephone 9810711655 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM IST.
  • By email at customercare@angiehomes.co with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
  • Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.
  • Retain the packaging of the damaged products received until our insurance adjuster visits to survey the breakage.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 24 working hours.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, FedEx etc.), then Angiehomes.co will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store. Only ANGIES INDIA products can be exchanged or refund within India.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until we send someone from our team to review it.

Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'.

All goods in furniture and breakable item will be insured

If there is breakage Angie Homes is not responsible to bear the cost - the client can claim from insurance company.

Disclaimer:All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict Terms & Conditions Policy would prevail.

    • Angie homes does not refund or return any furniture or other items.
    • If any Furniture part gets damaged or chipped or scratched during the transport Angiehomes will get it rectified. For Items above 2 Lac the maximum value for rectification would be Rs. 10,000/- and for items below 2 Lac the maximum value for rectification would be Rs. 5000/- This amount will not include g s t (value).
    • All transport costs for Furniture items are 10-20 k for individual pieces.
    • Installation only if needed will be done.
    • A video of goods properly packed will be shown After which any damage - then client can claim from insurance Company directly.
    • The liability and amount any client can EVER claim cannot exceed the 15% of the value of the product in case of any dispute.
    • Once signed the specifications sheet - the design cannot be changed unless prior approval from Angie homes design team before production.
    • All beds will be delivered in parts therefore its assembly will be arranged as a Service by Angiehomes, but if any additional work will be asked it will be charged.
    • Board, veneer and laminate is used no real wood is used apart from chairs.
    • Sofas are made of Miranda wood with good quality cushion foam and spring.
    • If the installation is not done within 7 days of delivery Angie homes will not be responsible for installation.
    • Gold leaf ,silver leaf and metal Furniture- are scratch able materials In case they get chipped it will be repaired but if scratched no repair will be done.
    • Packing- cost of bubble wrap, cardboard and crating would be charged on actual basis.
    • Angie Homes will not be responsible for Force Majeure situation.

    DELIVERY TIME

    Delivery period for the Furniture’s and Lights is 8 weeks but 2 more weeks are taken as buffer. In case the Client has any issue beyond this period then they can cancel the order and the money will be refunded.

    • Every product- will have a 10% variation as we don’t want any infringement/ copy write issues that come up unknowingly, Angiehome will not be resposnsible for any copyright and infringement.
    • We strive hard to get the real image of every product listed, but it should be considered indicative only.
    • Product colour and texture may vary slightly due to the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays owing to the photographic lighting sources or your device settings.
    • The accessories shown in the photograph are not the actual product.
    • There is a possibility of a slight change between the picture and the photograph
    • The display pictures are only for visual and pictorial representation and shall not be referred to as references and samples or to aid the Client in making decisions.
