Living rooms the most formal area in our home where we find dine and entertain our friends !
I would usually Try and suggest a mini of 14-15 seating to house your guests

I would keep a large console to balance out the 2 seating spaces - if we have room for the 3 rd seating I would usually suggest two four seater sofas or any shape !!

if they are two seating them I would suggest I large Chandelier or two small ones !

I would like to add good art and renowned artists if Possible !
large carpets below the 2 seating !!

in one setting o would suggest a large coffee table and the second seating a metal coffee table!

Wall elevators with character and wall finishes !

the sofas would be three and four cheater Sofas.

the second seating could have larger sofas if the layout of the room suggests !
One should always get a floor plan organized and with a Color palette and mood board !

the side tables may be a small part but they should be 30 inches. To keep food amount of accessories!
