5. Gift cards are accepted via the Angie Homes mobile app on iOS and Android. The gift card will be refunded to the original payment method within 72 hours if the transaction fails after applying it.
6. This gift card cannot be combined with any ongoing offers or promotions from Angie Homes. It is also up to the consumer to choose the product item, there is partial redemption and any remaining balance on the card will remain until its expiration, but can apply for use only in one transaction. Up to three gift cards shall be combined in one transaction.
7. The whole service and all products depend on the availability of goods. The gift card cannot be canceled or exchanged for cash or renewed beyond its validity period.
8. During offline redemptions you must show the gift card code/physical copy and ID proof. Angie Homes is not at fault if the gift card is lost, stolen or misused without authorization. On cancellations of bookings made with the gift card within the time allowed for the purchase, amount will revert to the same card when booking and users have to keep their gift card number and PIN to get this refund, we cannot reset PINs or reissue numbers.
9. There will be no refunds if cancellation occurs after the expiration of the gift card.
10. Angie Homes has final authority over how such rules are interpreted and holds the right to reject any suspiciously duplicated gift cards.
11. Angie Homes shall never be liable for any greater value than the issued card. Disagreements and procedures will only fall under New Delhi’s jurisdiction. This voucher is limited to single-use and any misuse can result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
